ASAP stands for anal cancer support and advocacy partners. It's an independent coalition of several unrelated entities with the common goal of creating awareness for anal cancer, supporting anal cancer patients and advocating for a better understanding of the disease. As the acronym implies, urgency plays an important part. ASAP, commonly known as "as soon as possible" calls for acting now and becoming proactive regarding anal cancer.

Participants of ASAP:
DiCE
is a European non-profit umbrella organisation uniting patient organisations and collaborating with stakeholders dedicated to digestive cancers. Through advocacy, research, and awareness-raising, DiCE supports patients and carers to improve survival and quality of life. As the voice of the digestive cancer community, DiCE champions early diagnosis and equal access to the highest standards of treatment and care across Europe.
ENGAGe
(European Network of Gynaecological Cancer Advocacy Groups) is the patient advocacy arm of the ESGO (European Society of Gynaecological Oncology), uniting gynaecological cancer patient advocacy groups across Europe to strengthen collaboration and amplify the patient voices.
The Anal Cancer Foundation
is dedicated to empowering anal cancer patients and accelerating prevention and treatment methods that eliminate anal cancer and the virus that causes the majority of cases, HPV.
No Taboo Association
is an association of dedicated volunteers committed to informing and raising awareness about Human Papillomavirus (HPV) and the anal canal cancer it can cause. Because no one should have to face illness in silence, they work to break down taboos, facilitate access to information, encourage open discussion, promote vaccination and screening, and provide compassionate support to those affected, their loved ones, and anyone seeking a listening ear, support, or understanding.
1 op 5
is a foundation for rare cancer patients and is committed to better care, better information provision, and better opportunities for people with rare cancer.
